Sim’Jai Style Privacy Notice

Unless otherwise noted when creating such content, this information may be shared publicly through our Services.Payment Information. If you make a purchase through our Services, payments are processed through Stripe and sometimes PayPal. We (and/or our payment processors) may collect payment-related information such as billing name and address, email address, phone number, and transaction details. We do not store full payment card numbers. When you pay, your payment information is processed directly by Stripe and/or PayPal under their privacy and security practices.Order and Fulfillment Information. If you purchase products or services, we may collect information such as items purchased, shipping address, order history, sizing preferences (if applicable), and related customer service interactions (returns, exchanges, refunds, and shipping issues).

B. Information We Collect Automatically

When you use our Services, we may automatically collect:

  • Device and Usage Data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, language settings, referring/exit pages, and activity on our Services (such as pages viewed, clicks, time spent, and interactions).  
  • Approximate Location: We may infer general location from IP address.  
  • Cookies and Similar Technologies: We and our website platform providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies to operate our Services, maintain security, remember preferences, measure performance, and understand usage.

GoDaddy Hosting + Email Marketing Note. Our website is built using GoDaddy’s web design platform, and we currently use GoDaddy Email Marketing to communicate with subscribers. GoDaddy may collect certain technical and usage information (such as server logs and analytics data) when you visit our site, and may process information on our behalf consistent with its own privacy practices.

C. Information We Receive from Third Parties

We may receive information from:

  • Stripe and PayPal (payment confirmations, transaction status, chargeback/dispute information)  
  • GoDaddy Email Marketing (subscription management details, email engagement metrics like opens/clicks—if available through the platform)  
  • Analytics providers (site performance insights, if enabled)  
  • Social media platforms (if you interact with our pages or content—subject to those platforms’ settings and policies)


3) How We Use Your Information

We may use personal information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and operate the Services

  • Legal and Safety. We may disclose information if required to comply with law or to protect rights, safety, or property (ours, yours, or others).

  • With Your Direction/Consent. We may share information when you request or authorize it.

Sim’Jai Style does not knowingly sell personal information. If we engage in practices that may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising, we will provide an opt-out mechanism where required.

If you use our Services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other locations where we or our providers operate. Those locations may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction.


12) Third-Party Links and Embedded Services

Our Services may include links to third-party websites or embedded services (such as payment checkouts, social media widgets, videos, or booking tools). Third parties may collect information through those features according to their own privacy policies. In particular:

  • Stripe and PayPal process payments and may collect and process information according to their own privacy practices when you complete a transaction.
  • Social media platforms may collect information if you interact with embedded features.

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date above and post the revised version on our website. Your continued use of the Services after the updated notice is posted means you accept the updated Privacy Notice.
